suggestion? mmmm... klu blh kurang kn mkn nasi tp mkn roti, ok gak kot, selain g jogging, tp klu jogging kene push skt la, jgn br penat sikit dh x jogging, try la pe2 pn, asl kn berjaya, gud luck
